Agree with other two reviewers. These guys are terrible. Once Dante gives you a low ball price and they get you to make your first payment, you won't hear from him again. Then, the day before they call you to try and get an "accurate" number, which will surely jack up price quite a bit. At that point, you likely won't even hear from them again as the are only a broker. They will hire whoever they want and don't really care about the date you want your things delivered as they have 30 days, according to them, that the FTA allows them to deliver your items. They sell this feature as free storage of your items, which sounds great, but it is really just a way for them to deliver your items, penalty free, any time in the next 30 days when they feel like it. These guys are complete scam company and not upfront at all about what the actual process is.

This is by far the worst moving company in the USA! We were quoted one price and the price more than doubled in the end. The packers No Showed x 3 days with excuses of they had no driver, they got tied up and the truck broke down. This move was scheduled 4 weeks before the scheduled date! The company never called us, we had to call them to find out where the packers were. Finally the truck driver arrived and you will not believe this one! He had no boxes or packing material! He had to packers with him and they left when they found out no packaging materials! The driver left again and came back with minimal packing materials and a packer high as a kite on drugs! Finally my daughter told this packer to not touch another things because he was clumsy and not taking care of how h packed. The drivers arrives after 1:00PM and informed my daughter he has to be out of there by 8:00pm because he had a flight to catch to Pensacola for a court date! The driver repeatedly told my daughter she could not take her microwave, desk, christmas decorations on and on. My daughter was heartbroken she had to leave personal items behind! Then they ran out of packing paper and was using notebook paper to pack glasses! This was a nightmare! We were told they would be delivering on Tue between 9-12AM! They No Showed again! The following morning the supervisor called to say there would be an additional fee to change trucks! This time my husband said no more money and the truck better be on time Wed. The truck arrived on time and we had a very nice driver who was super careful and brought attention to us of all the damage he found unpacking! He even took pictures! His helper was also very nice and took extra care helping my daughter unpack. Their names were Eddie the driver from Texas and Jimmy the packer. Anthony was the driver in SLC who could care less about my daughter’s household goods! He kept saying the price was going to be higher and my daughter had to pay him cash before he left! This company is rip off, dishonest and the worst customer service ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

BEWARE!!!! SCAM. They quote 1/3 of the actual cost to move and when you call or email, none of their phone numbers or email work. Find a reputable company and understand there is no discount to move across the country!
