I reserved equipment 3 weeks in advance the employees informed me it was no problem and they’d see me when I got there. I drove 900 miles to Montana from Washington state to pick up my equipment only to be informed that they didn’t actually have any of the equipment I reserved and I never received a call to come up with a solution for this. I will never use uhaul again.

Worst customer service ever. Had to go to four different uhauls and one twice to get what we arranged to get a month ago. Took us over three hours and we still didn’t get what we were supposed to get. Will be calling customer service Monday.
