I visited the Ships-A-Lot in Danville, VA and had the most horrible experience. I live in North Carolina and was in Danville, VA so I thought I would drop off my corporate packages. The worker was extremely rude from the moment I approached the door. She asked why was I there, she waited on another customer who arrived after me prior to helping me. She told me that my boxes were falling apart and why did I bring them in, when all they needed was tape, which I paid for in the amount of $5 for the two boxes. When I asked what the difference in price for overnight vs. 2 day she told me that the overnight was obviously more expensive, never telling me a price. She did not let me know the final cost and I had a corporate account that I was placing the orders under. When she was finishing my order, due to her continued rudeness, I asked for the owner’s name and phone number and she said it was not available for me. She said that I was a privileged white person and I needed to leave the store. When I proceeded to ask her again for the owner’s name and phone number she said I could call the store and leave a voicemail. I again asked for the owner’s name and she opened the door to the store and she yelled for me to leave that she needed to get her food. I have never been so humiliated and degraded in my entire life. I will never again visit this store and will let others know of how horrible this experience was so that they are not impacted by the worst customer service.

I needed to have a package boxed and shipped to Texas. The woman there was helpful, making sure it was packed so the item wouldn't get broken. She gave me options on who was cheaper to use and the delivery times for each. I would recommend this location for your shipping needs.

I stop by this location to drop off packages at least 3-4 times a week. My experience has been pleasant every time. I drop my packages off and get a receipt immediately. My packages always ship out and arrive the next day after dropping everything off.
