My husband and I had to plan a last minute relocation from Pennsylvania to Minnesota. Ship Smart Inc was able to accommodate our tight schedule and made the entire experience of moving stress free and convenient. All my telephone and email interactions with Ship Smart representatives were pleasant and professional. Our furniture and personal belongings were picked up and wrapped in the most efficient and organized manner. It took over a month and a half for the items from my out of state move to arrive. Then the first shipment arrived, come to find out not everything was in that shipment so I had to do a second additional one. They were not able to get my couch or my dresser up the stairs. My desk was not put together, and all of my tables and couches were left in plastic wrap for me to deal with my self. Thank you ship smart what a great $4,000 quality service I paid for !
