  Being seniors and moving was a challenge both physically and mentally and we are so thankful for the team of John, Billy and Jay who showed up on moving day. These 3 pros took over and made us feel we would have a good moving day. Extremely hard workers that took perfect care of every item we were moving from our large colonial home. We feel we got way more than we paid for. We had to change our move day three times and they were understanding and accommodated our needs. Strongly recommend Shoreline Movers to anyone who wants the best moving day.

  Shoreline cancelled my moving after I was waiting last min. The owner told me on the phone he was going to have me arrested for being rude to his driver. I was not rude and how dare he threaten me.

  Mrs. Farrelly, our movers arrived early at 8:30am at Saybrook Storage, they parked at the loading dock and waited for you to arrive. Our office received a call from you at 9:18 asking where our movers were? I responded they are at the moving dock waiting for you....then you responded with a verbal attack at me claiming we should have been at the front door office. I then called my driver and told him you were at the front door office, he then walked around the corner to meet you...while he approached you all I can hear is a verbal attack from you on to my driver. You were very abusive in language. Our policy does not allow customers to verbally abuse our employees. We cancelled your move and refunded your deposit. Ronald Adamowicz President Shoreline Movers

  Ron supervised two strong and polite young men on Labor Day to move us. They were prompt and worked steadily till the job was done. They were very careful with our antiques. Excellent workers.
