The manager lady is a nice person and she cares about customers. She highlighted important items on paperwork and explained with patience. The uhaul van at this place is easy to reserve, plus it's brand new with <4000 miles!

Uhaul came with missing dolly. Office lady gave us sass when we didn't know how to return the key. (there's no clear instructions and dropping it into a mail slot seemed rude and incorrect) Then calls a day later with more attitude when she couldn't properly refund the dolly, and rushed me to go contact uhaul support. Won't blame them for the slow customer service line though. Overall awful experience.
