Great crew came in on time, and carefully moved a 200+ lb treadmill upstairs in 6 minutes without a single ding, dent, scratch or drop. I appreciate the flat rate option that Kathy set us up with, and that we were able to schedule it the very next day. They came a little later than the initial 30min notification window text I got, but they did call shortly after that to say they had a delay of a few minutes. Much appreciated. I love that their scheduling, payment, and text notification system is well done and worked great - no paperwork to futz with, no delays, no back and forth phone calls, no upselling, no funny business like I get with other movers. It really was simple!

This is my second time using Simple Moves. Everything was great from the scheduling to the delivery. Roy and Demetrius arrived at my home promptly and were very friendly and professional. In addition they handled my mirrored piece of furniture with care like it was their own. All I can say is I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely use Simple Moves again!!!

Everyone at Simple Moves was a lifesaver for our move this past week. We had issues with our closing date and re-scheduling with the main office was no problem (all 3 times that I had to re-schedule) - Kathy was so patient and super helpful. The two movers went above & beyond to take care of our things but didn't waste any time at all. This was the quickest move we've ever had and for the first time ever, nothing at all was broken or damaged when we moved! This was our first time using Simple Moves but they're our go-to for any future moves.
