DO NOT RENT AT NORTH WATKINS! They know there is an issue with theft with the open ceilings and kept it from me. Was not even there a week and my unit was broken into and items stolen and many others broken/trashed. My entire door pad was taken off with no way to re-lock my things and no one came to fix it or offer compensation or a new unit at another location. Did NOTHING for me by way of fixing the situation or trying to help with options. HORRIBLE crisis management and undeserving of even one star. Theft is normal there and they’d rather pay out insurance than fix the roof and get better security. They also lied and said my unit was fixed with water leaking from the roof and water still came in luckily I had a tarp to catch it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Received the BEST SERVICE FROM MS. Tabitha with it being my first time renting a storage she helped me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY EVEN WHEN IT WAS TIME TO VACATE 💜 thank you for the GREAT HOSPITALITY SERVICES AND WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR A CLEAN DAFE STORAGE
