  Kim and the team at Simply Sized Home were invaluable when we recently moved my elderly father from his home after my mother passed away. The team handled the entire process - sorting items, disbursing them to the proper parties, and coordinating the vendors involved - which allowed our family to focus on my father's transition. In the end, we were comforted and relieved in knowing that the team handled everything in a thorough, efficient and trustworthy manner. The team surely exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend their services.

  Simply Sized Home helped us clear out a home we had sold and move the contents to three different locations while we in another state. Kim, Liz and Troy did a great job of organizing the process and getting everything ready for the move. Every item had to be either tagged for one of the three locations or disposed of, so the organization was critical. I did not feel comfortable with a traditional moving company working through all of the details, but they did a great job. They also communicated very effectively, which was crucial given that we were 700 miles away. We did a room by room video walk through, and then they were available by email or phone throughout the process. They coordinated cleanup, dump runs, giveaways, and the moving company. We were much more comfortable that everything would be taken care of correctly since we could not oversee everything. In the end, clearing out the house went smoothly and on time. We were so pleased with working with Simply Sized Home, that they now take care of our current home in Maine when we are are gone for long periods. Great communication and people you can trust.

  Everyone at Simply Sized Home was fantastic. Our home sold quickly, requiring us to downsize to a considerably smaller home in a very short period of time. The folks at SSH were instrumental in making it happen smoothly and with as little heartache as a move like that can have! They helped with EVERYTHING, from organizing, packing, carting stuff away to consignment and donation, scheduling refinishing of furniture and rug cleaning (and following up with vendors when there were problems). They recommended vendors and helped facilitate interactions with them. All the while, demonstrating patience, professionalism and humor. Going in, my husband thought their rates were high, but ended up feeling like they were more than worth the price! Moving (especially downsizing) is chaotic and Simply Sized Home was instrumental to getting it done well. We highly recommend them!
