The Front Desk staff was really nice and understanding at check-in. I had to make sure the card I used was correct and they were very open with communication. I would certainly stay again if I go back to Norton. The hotel rooms was clean the lobby was well taken care of and the value for the price is more than reasonable. Great Job!

Not as nice as some other Sleep Inns, but still pretty good. Parking for trucks/trailers is confusing and the check-in person (Sarah) reeked of smoke, despite this being a non-smoking property. The box spring bottom was ripped and my cats wound up inside it, meaning I had to take the beds apart to get them out in the morning. There's also basically no food delivery of any kind in the area. Otherwise fine.

Are you looking for a great hotel/inn to stay at? What about quality service? Do you enjoy breakfast and WiFi? Then look no further, you've found the place! This is my first time staying at this hotel and I have nothing but nice things to say about it. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted and was helped right away. The process to get my room only took about five minutes. Following that, I went to my room and was happy it was cleaned. After that, I went back out to the other parts of the hotel and took some pictures. There is a gym, a dining area, a meeting area, and a lounge area to relax in. The breakfast was top notch and I was satisfied with the food, which I am sure you would be too. The hours for breakfast: 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 am. That's great because most hotels start at around 8:00 a.m. If you are a traveler, truck driver, etc. those hours should be perfect to accommodate you. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to sleep at if you are passing through. Don't forget to bring your friends and family too!
