  I hired this company 2 times, once in 2019 to put my furniture in storage here in Texas when I relocated to Colorado. I used them again here in June to move my furniture from my storage to my Dallas apartment. When I unpacked my boxes and started to put my apartment together. I realized that some of my boxes were missing. Also a few of my black art wall pictures are missing. I am not sure if the 1st time they moved me if all of my stuff was removed from the truck. I 'll never know since it's to late to complain. Well this will be my last time using them since they tried to lie and say that I authorized the 2 workers to keep my $262 dollars for a tip. This was the money owed back to me since my move did not go over the scheduled 4.5 hours. First of all why would I tip them my remaining balance when I gave them each a $70 cash tip that day when they completed my move. Then they tried to say that I s/w the manager and signed off on giving the two workers my $262, first of all why would I pay more for tips than it cost me to move. Between the cash tip and my remaining refund my tip to them would have come up to over $400. I never s/w anyone that day when my move was completed. I signed off on the moving contract that my move was completed. I never signed off authorizing them to keep my remaining money that was do back to me. Well any way I received my money directly back into my account. I am not sure if they all were teamed up to try and scam me out of my money, but nice try you all just lost a good customer. I still can't believe they tried to bamboozle me out of my money. I am giving 3 stars because the workers did work fast and got me moved in. Also, I don't think that they put my bed together correctly it was shaky and unstable and the draw was not lined up correctly. I had to hirer someone else to take the bed apart and fix it, now it's all corrected.

  This situation has been resolved. There was definitely a miscommunication between the customer and the movers as far as a tip is concerned. The movers were under the impression that Bessie wanted to apply the remaining balance of the pending authorization as a tip. Apparently that was not the case because she contacted us two days later to see when she would receive her credit back. We called Bessie to address the situation and upon speaking with her, immediately refunded back the money. We truly don’t believe the moving team would risk their job over a tip and we can definitely, 100% guarantee that we would not risk our company’s reputation. We have been in business for almost 15 years and carry an A+ rating with the BBB. We are very proud of our company’s reputation in the moving industry and will continue to operate with honesty and integrity. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication.

  We were supposedly given a “DEAL”. Because they moved us last year. Last year it cost us $1285. This year , they quoted $885. And then the day they moved us they ADDED AN ADDITIONAL $795. They broke things bent Things and ruined things by dumping items in boxes. I hope I can post photos on this review. I would NEVER use this company ever again. Please don’t go Through what we did. We are elderly and felt taken advantage Of. Very upsetting. We are still very upset .

  Carole, we appreciate you choosing our company again to service another move, however, some of the information you included in your review has been misrepresented. Your move was split into 2 days due to packing services requested and you were sent 2 separate quotes with 2 separate estimates to sign off on which you did. The estimates totaled $1500 for both days. When the move was completed you called in stating that we promised to only charge you $835 which is totally incorrect. You also called in to state that we damaged your grandfather clock which we did not even move, you had hired a different company to move it in addition to other things.
