  This company was terrible. They gave us a window for arrival between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. They called at 2:45pm saying that “they couldn’t make it because they’re truck broke down”. Apparently they only have one truck! They didn’t even try to accommodate or provide any solutions. We asked to speak with owner and they said they would get back to us later that evening. The owner made some arrangements and outsourced the services to another company. We were charged for extra hours and for using shrink wrap to protect our furniture. They were just dragging our couches across floor! Even though we were ready to be moved on Saturday and were boxed up, with the original quote of 3hrs, they took 6hrs. The outsourced movers were not that bad but they were in no hurry. We tried calling them on Sunday to discuss the rates and they kept ignoring our calls. We tried to get a hold of them for 3 days and still no answer or call backs. Stay away from this company!

  To start with, we would like to show our appreciation and extend our gratitude in choosing our team to service your moving needs. We work hard to achieve our client's expectations and all customer feedback is appreciated. In this situation, as much as we would like to be perfect on what we do, there are some unforeseen circumstances that even us as a company is unable to predict which in this case, our truck broke down on the way to our client's place. We have called right away when we have found out and explain the situation and have requested whether we are able to do it instead the next day due to what happen and the client have agreed which we are really thankful. Our truck was not fix until the next day hence we have outsource the move and we ensure that the move is in good hands as the company that we have opted has been working with us for few years now. Our company policy for the move is 4 hours minimum and normally for a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 movers the move last for 4 - 6 hours depending on if there is stairs, elevator, long carry and many items to move. On another note, the packing materials (boxes, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, paper print etc.) are always discussed to our client as it comes with extra price. We absolutely encourage all remarks and comments because this is the only way to truly advance as a company. As in any company, not every job or aspect is perfect, but we continuously attempt to be remarkable.

  The movers are very friendly , they came on time and do the move so swiftly and carefully. The lady who booked our move is very helpful too. I highly recommend them and will definitely going to use them again in my future move.

  I been using movers all my life and by far smart movers is the best Eli at the office was Amazing very polite and attentive Fernando and Julio the movers she send were fast and very good packing band moving my expensive furniture. Thank you guys I will definitely recommend them
