  Truly the best moving company I have used. They were able to get my old and new couches over 2 balconies (1 interior and 1 exterior) without any issues or scratches. They came a day early as well as they had finished another job early. Great office communication. Fair priced.

  Lady on the phone was very rude. She could not tell me if I would be getting 2 movers or 3 for the price I was being quoted. She said "it just depens on who is around." So the charge would be the same whether it was 2 movers or 3 movers -- didn't make any sense. When I pressed her on it she said I should find a different company and hung up on me. Believe me I will! Unbelievably unprofessional.

  I don’t know what that lady Lisa’s review is about but it can not be true. Smokey Mountain Moving moved me and they where amazing. They took very good care of my belongings . They didn’t hit a signal wall bringing my furniture thru the house. They loaded and unloaded. All the movers where very friendly. All in all a great company to move you if your in need of a moving company.
