  The guys at Smooth Movers are fantastic! Hire them. The price was reasonable and they got everything done within 2 hours. I had to move my stuff last minute on a Saturday and they answered my call right away and were at my door within a half hour (This is not a recommendation to call last minute, give them fair notice). Very professional and very nice guys. This was the best experience I have ever had with movers. Thanks guys!

  Smooth Movers were the best!! Gave me a rate cheaper than anyone else. Moved my stuff in a very timely matter from the Berkshires to Chicopee MA. Very personable...great job!! Had a lot of heavy items.

  If I could rate this company in negative numbers I would. I was appalled by the behavior of the owner, Shane O’Brien. I paid him nearly $3000 to move a 2700 square foot house and I still had to hire a uhaul and move furniture myself to be out of my house before closing. When he came to my house for the final load he backed onto my landscaping and destroyed the shrubs. He appeared irate when I called to him from the driveway to stop the truck and then his behavior just continued to become increasingly aggressive from there. He was angry about how heavy the furniture was and made crazy and vulgar rants about how the Raymour Flanagan Furniture store should not be allowed to sell armoires. He threw my property to the back of the truck while spewing expletives the whole time. He threatened to dump my property in my sister’s driveway and not complete the move to one of the 3 storage spaces I had rented. He blamed me for exacerbating his employee’s hernia and suggested that I should appreciate how he still came to my house and didn’t “let me down “. When I got to the apartment I rented I found rips in my armchair upholstery and scratches on my bed frames. I have not been able to inspect my things in storage because 2 are tightly packed and 1 large unit is under filled. When I arrived at the climate controlled unit it was unlocked I am worried about what I will find when I move those things to my new house. I am worried that a lot of my things will be damaged but I will find out in about a month. I caution anyone who considers hiring this company. My experience was terrible.
