  Talk about moving made easy! We were very pleased with our cross-country move performed by the Soft Touch Moving Company. Scheduling was super simple, the movers showed up when they said they would and they took great care with our things. Their team members were responsible, efficient, super hard working and personable. They truly made our move an easy one and we had a peace of mind that our belongings were in good hands. I will 100% recommend Soft Touch Moving to everyone I know and will definitely use them again for any future moves I have. A special thanks to John, Eric, Ben and Dan!

  I had an excellent moving experience from start to finish with Soft Touch. Eric was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and explained the process with me very thoroughly. The day before my move, Daniel and Hunter came out to my house and packed my kitchen items and boxed up my prints. I have yet to find a broken dish, print or picture frame. My move day from Bloomington to Ft. Wayne was absolutely seamless. Eddie Sr., Eddie Jr., Mike & Teddy were phenomenal. The care and professional manner shown to me and to my household items was top notch from start to finish. They took the time to do extra things for me once I arrived at my new house as well like assembling the beds, putting together standing mirrors, fixing a minor issue with a coffee table(nothing that was their fault to begin with). They made sure that I was completely satisfied with each item they placed into my new home. The entire experience was stress free and could not have gone any smoother for me. The cost estimate I received was much more economical than one of the local competitors. I would highly recommend Soft Touch for your moving needs.

  Very impressed with the teamwork during the move! Donnell, Eddie, Quentin, and Shane were quick, efficient, and very patient! They were careful and respectful with our belongings. It was the least stressful move I’ve experienced! Highly recommend this company! New review! Circumstances changed and had to move again so used Soft Touch two years after my initial review. The team in 2021 was Darnell, Daniel, Hunter, Mike, and Shawn. They are a great team and work so well together. The move lasted all day and it took two trips to get it all delivered. These guys worked as hard at the end of the day as at the beginning. They were courteous, careful, respectful, and a pleasure to spend the day with and it was a long day! Hopefully staying put for a while but will definitely be using Soft Touch again if the need arises! Update!! 2/17/22 - Another great house move by Soft Touch Moving! Our crew Eddie, Mike, Shane,Tw’an and the additional afternoon help from Ava and Joel got the job done quickly and smoothly. They took great care with our belongings, worked well as a team, and were professional and courteous while doing so. Thanks again for giving us a great moving experience!
