  This company came highly recommended to us and we asked for their help with multiple moves of belongings of a family member. They were incredibly helpful and made our lives much easier as we were helping transition a family member from independent living to enhanced care living. We worked primarily with Becky, who was wonderful to work with. She was accommodating with with our schedule, beyond helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you for your help!

  I had hired Sort Toss Pack for a simple apartment move from one building to another within the same complex. They had come out very quickly to give me a quote and set up the move, which was wonderful! They asked for a deposit for the entire amount, and then some (about $350 more than what was agreed upon) which I found a bit baffling, but I went along with it. Then it went downhill from there. As it was getting closer to the move date, I didn’t hear from anyone to confirm so I reached out to them to verify we were still on. On the bright side – the movers and unpacker were great, and the owner even helped move / put up my TV in the new apt, which I appreciated. I would say my biggest frustration / complaint was the lack of communication. They kept saying “well, we’re SO busy and have so much to do, we’re sorry we’re not getting back to you.” If they can communicate with new customers to bring in new business, then they can ensure their “closing” customers are satisfied at the end of service. A month after the move, I said I would report them to the BBB and the National Move Manger Association if they didn’t respond to me and refund my money. Lo and behold – they responded the same day, and my money was refunded 2 days later. I wouldn’t use Sort Toss Pack again. I think because they have new owners and want to say “yes” to as many new customers as they can, they don’t turn down business when they should. It’s difficult being a small business owner post-covid times trying to regain traction, and they are short staffed, which makes it more difficult. I feel for them, but their customer service and professionalism were lacking.

  Very deceitful in the hiring process. They made me feel like I was going to become a part of their team especially with the unique background I have and the led me on like I was a one night stand. I’m extremely disappointed and saddened by this bad decision. Don’t use their services they may screw you outta some money too.
