They are only available during selected times of the day, for instance says they open at 7am however arrived at 8:30 and doors are locked. Tried calling however no answer.

Agent Harris is very professional. Seems like she wants me to succeed and is more caring than I would expect a PO to be. She is actively trying to help me transfer across state lines and even helped me find a place to stay until the paperwork is accepted. I only hope whatever PO I get when I transfer is as understanding. I think she understands its not always easy to start over and change.
