Seat has changed dramatically since the new owner and employees. The phone rings for over 15 minutes before anyone picks up. Recently I was told they couldn't transport me to the Cleveland Clinic to get my infusion medicine to keep me from going blind again because my appointment time was too early, they didn't have any drivers willing to wake up that early to take me. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive from here to there and my appointment time was at 8. So the Cleveland Infusion department changed everything around just for me so I could come in at 10am. That was the time that SEAT said the drivers could take me. So when I rescheduled the first time a driver did show up but I ended up cancelling because I didn't feel good. This next time I rescheduled for January 4th at 10am and SEAT scheduled me no problem. But they called me right back and said that they had no drivers because it was too long of a day for them. Since when? This would've been my third time going to Cleveland for this appointment. I have to get these infusions every 6 months. Or I will go blind again. I cannot believe what I'm hearing. I don't know what has happened to this company and how they can change the rules on each individual person like this. I do know that they have 30-40 new drivers and most do like to drive in the morning and these long day medical drives are what the drivers look forward to because of good pay. I have talked to the majority of them. I have been riding with this company for over a decade. Although unfortunately this company has gone bad fast. It's really a shame.

This is nowhere near a decent public transportation service. I had to use it twice to go to the east side of town, and while it was passable and got me from point A to B, it's clear the service is very, very underfunded. You feel every bump as you ride inside the buses. Timing is inconsistent, with buses sometimes arriving several minutes ahead or behind of their scheduled time for no reason at all. They were relatively clean and nowhere near full, so I had room to at least relax for a while, but the overall experience was clearly an afterthought. While this is more useful than having no public transit service at all, it's in the same way that a quadriplegic is more useful than someone who is brain dead. Overall, a very unflattering experience.

Those girls in the transit center are just amazing. The drivers are very nice and try their hardest to be timely with rough schedules. All around great service & great people!! Ride with SEAT and see for yourself.
