  We hired them to deliver a refrigerator. When they got there they removed the refrigerator took it out into the yard on a dolly and then called and said they couldn’t get it down to the curb. They needed extra material and man power. They finally managed to get it loaded and later called with an invoice THREE TIMES the original price. Several Hundreds of dollars to deliver ONE appliance. I’ve hired movers to unpack a 26 foot truck for less! Look elsewhere as this company is clearly not someone to do business with. They operate under several names as well. Jacksonville Elite Movers. Black Ice Moving. Probably a few others. I can’t stress enough that this company will not deliver on the original price. They are running a scam offering a reasonable fee and then tripling the cost. When we called and spoke to the owner he said we can pay double the original amount and come get the fridge ourselves. And has since refused to deliver it at all. Now he wants storage fees until we get our item ourselves. You’ve been warned.

  This is a commercial refrigerator that’s 7 feet tall , this customer was asked if she wanted it after talking to the office and informing her that two men could not move a 650 pound commercial refrigerator and that we were under the impression that this was a normal household appliances, but that’s not the case she agreed to the extra cost and later her husband said no. So yes we have to charge you storage fees until some kind of agreement is made. Slavery is over we do not work for free and deliver commercial refrigerators 50 miles away for $125.00

  DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! When they couldn't get my dresser out of the room the owner TONI told them it's not their problem and to leave it there. I wanted to say good things about the movers who came despite all of that until my neighbors came and told me they emptied their entire trailer on the side of our road. None of which was from my move. When I called TONI and told him what happened and that my neighbors were upset, he showed no interest in resolving it and told me to report him to the Sheriff's Dept if that's what I needed to do.   There are so many options when it comes to moving companies in the Jacksonville area, but Southeast Elite Movers made the process so extremely simple, easy, and stress-free - I could not recommend them more. They were very quick to respond to my e-mails, gave very straight-forward pricing (no list of random disclaimers, extra fees for random things, etc.), and offered the most competitive price of the movers I contacted. I was nervous about by-the-hour pricing, but they finished the move within the minimum time (2 hours) and did a fantastic job with the move. Though their rates are among the most competitive, their service was top notch and better than companies that charge a whole lot more!
