  Hubby and I recently moved from Washington State to eastern Idaho. Moving is such a stressful time, but Allied made it easier than I thought it would be. Tasha was the first person I dealt with who did the walk through and estimate. She was wonderful, and friendly and explained everything. Jessica in the office came by and was friendly and personable and made the paperwork Natasha and Paul packed like pros, and labeled so well! Asked appropriate questions so things were done well. Donovan the driver was PROMPT and explained his role, and with his helpers, JJ and (Can’t remember) hustled and had me loaded quickly. On the other end, Donovan and the helpers here, Chad and Al unloaded, and made sure they asked where things were to go, in the cold and snow. I had gotten quotes from two other movers, and am so glad I went with Allied, great experience.

  5 stars for the 3 young men (late 20’s). They were strong and effective because I’m old and already have a bad back so I needed some strong guys to come and help with the heavy lifting items. Only problem I would say with them was there was a little disorganization. Towards the end of the day I went outside and realized there were quite a few things they had forgotten in the shed, and things were not stacked in the truck appropriately to fit everything because they forgot about the back patio items. To top it off they got to the new house and had forgotten one of the doors to the refrigerator and had to go back and get it. (This was a local move and not too big of a job). They still left a few things from outside behind that I will just rent a U-Haul and go back and get, but I was hoping these things would be brought with this delivery. I will say, they charged for a two-man crew but sent three men so I very much appreciate the discount. That’s why 4 stars. I highly suggest if you use this moving company as with any move, know exactly what you need moved, make sure you are organized and on top of things because you cannot depend on them to do that for you. in the past when I’ve had other professional moving companies that did all of the work for me, I was less prepared for this move. I’m glad I was there when they arrived, and stayed for most the day, however I did miss the last 15 minutes of them being at the house and I think that had I been there nothing would’ve been forgotten. All in all, I do recommend! You cannot beat their pricing and they were very knowledgeable!

  Everything was great, from the pack out to the storage and the delivery. Everyone was professional but personable all the way to the crew that unloaded the truck even as we were having new floors put in 3 bedrooms. Thanks for everything and I would use them again.
