  Customer service is lacking and the people who come in and pack your house do not do a very good job of packing your stuff. Then they charge you for using your own television boxes also. All that said; the people who come and actually move your household goods for you are awesome and I would recommend them any day to anyone. Great crew who take extra care of your items and ensure nothing gets scratched or damaged. Would give the company five stars if the customer service people answering phones were a little more positive and the packers paid a little more attention to their job. All in all it was a pleasant experience but for the amount of money paid it needs to be a little better.

  Good evening all I wanted to take this opportunity to let you all know how much you are appreciated! The United Moving team came together for my sister and I in a time sensitive situation. You overcame communication issues, technical issues and scheduling issues seamlessly. Thank you Sarah, Joan and Meghan. On schedule, your boots on the ground crew performed both aspects of the piano move with teamwork, professionalism and efficiency. Thank you John, David, Alex and Travis.   They have zero care of the costumer satisfaction, the left my couch outside. The employees are very rude. They don’t keep their appointments. They deliver your furniture, when ever they want. Worst service ever. Don’t pay them until they finish unloading your furniture. That the mistake I did. Hopeless company ever dealt with. I won’t recommend to anyone. Please use other companies and save your self stress.
