  Patricio and his team were right on time. They moved our piano fast and made sure that the rugs were put back in the right spot. They wrapped the piano well in the truck. Very professional and fast! And the price was perfect. Angel was courteous to work with to schedule my move. I don't like the email communication so much. A phone call would be nice to confirm the appointment or let me know when the movers are on the way. He was kind and responsive when I called him. I also appreciate that he replied to my first email right away. We will definitely use them again!

  Do not use these movers. They are liars and crooks. They broke a family piano that was in mint condition, but the worst part is that they tried to cover it up and by gluing it back together (and did a horrible job). Meanwhile they kept delaying the delivery and now we know why. It broke because of how they loaded it in the van, which was a careless mistake. Even worse is how they have ignored my calls to address it. Really makes you lose faith in people. Do not use them, ever. Would give them zero stars if possible. Absolutely shameful.

  I was so impressed with Specialty Movers! They recently moved a console piano that we bought from another individual locally. They were very accommodating to schedules of 2 parties. They were super easy to communicate with, very professional and efficient.
