  These movers were completely unprofessional. We were not aware that they could not put something in their truck that wasn’t in a box so I witnessed them throw garbage bags full of what they thought were clothes out of our storage unit. Those bags actually had some larger fragile items protected by blankets which are now broken. The movers took far too long to move everything which increases the price, I was understanding of that though. What I was not understanding of was them smoking in our storage unit and the inside of their truck while losing my items. I paid for the extra protection and called to complain. The manager told me he would speak to his team and contact me. I told him items were broken and he said he would have paperwork sent to us for claims. I never received the claim forms, never heard back from the manager and have not been able to get in contact with them since. Would not recommend, stay away from this company.

  Worst of all the movers - Over TV cracked - Our refrigerator has mold when we got back. We asked them to keep the doors open and they didn't bother. Have to throw way - Our bed bolts were misplaced and we had to scramble and spend another $100 to get it fixed. Overall we lost $6K+ worth of objects
