  NEGATIVE STARS!!! I had to put one star or you cannot leave a review. Also please see reply to their post at end of my post. They never showed up! I flew several states to help my daughter move. They took my deposit quickly but I still do not have my refund. No one answers the phone. Again, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! They said they did not enter it correctly on their dispatch side. Not my problem that they have incompetent workers. I even called 6 days after I booked to verify and I was told we were good. 3 1/2 weeks later, no one showed up. I got a well, we're sorry. I can't even begin to express my anger and stress level! I had to fly back the next day and my daughter had to be out of her apartment. Thank goodness for uhaul; however, at almost 60 years old, I can barely move from having to lift all the furniture. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! No business recourse for their mistakes. No empathy from the owners or restitution. This is not a business, it is a scam and a joke! In response to the owner response below, why would i need moved now? You offered no assistance on the move day and I had to go rent a truck from u-haul, who were extremely courteous and friendly. Had to be out that day, not another day! Your offer of 50% off DOES ME NO GOOD. You should have offered to pay my u-haul expenses for your supposed software mistake and myself and my daughter's time for having to lift all the furniture by ourselves. I could barely move the next day! You were so rude to me on the phone with no recourse and you stated that you were the person in charge.

  Had a wonderful experience! Quick, nice and reliable. Even my kids thought they were so nice. Had all of the moving pads and supplies. We are in a temporary residence and will use them to move again once our house is built! Would definitely recommend.

  They should change their name to SLOWEST POSSIBLE MEN. I had everything packed and ready to go. All they had to do was load my boxes and furniture. I hired them for three hours. They ended up making it EIGHT STAGGERING hours and still there was stuff left out. I had to make three trips with SUV LOADED to empty the house. TOTALLY wasted time. My husband and I had to literally load and unload, and I must say we did more work than these two SUPER SLOW guys. Their name absolutely does not match their work ethics.
