  I moved out I have not got my deposit back its well over a month they said it was sent out I never got it. I told them to resend it I got no response. Looks like I will have to take them to small claims.

  Hi Bill, We do see that your check remains uncashed. Be certain that we have sent your check to the address on file. The check was dated 11/6/2021. It currently appears that three other checks issued the same day, to other customers, have been cashed as of November 30th. I believe you have confirmed your mailing address in a recent phone call and as a result we will need to go through a process of placing a hold on the old check and reissuing a new check. This will occur with the next batch of security deposit refunds from November. I understand that this does take longer than you would like. We are sorry that you are experiencing this inconvenience, but we loose control of the checks once we place them in the mail at the local Post Office.

  VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! THEY LACK EMPATHY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND THEY HAVE NO PATIENCE! THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU IF YOU BUY A DELIQUENT UNIT AND KNOW THE PRIOR OWNER OF THE UNIT AND WILL REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU! THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME ENOUGH TIME TO REMOVE MY THINGS FROM THE UNIT EVEN IF IT IS HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS, AND LITERALLY WANTED ME TO HAVE MY THINGS OUT THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS! I AM VERY DISPLEASED AND WILL BE SURE NOT TO EVER SEND BUSINESS THEIR WAY!!

  Hi Shanae, I understand your frustration about having to move all the contents of the unit within four days of the auction close. THE AUCTION TERMS CLEARLY STATED THAT ALL ITEMS NEEDED TO BE REMOVED BY DECEMBER 26th. You had the opportunity to remove them starting on Thursday, December 23rd. There were a number of nice days in which you could have removed the items. Because you didn't get the items removed during the period called out in the auction, YOU WERE GIVEN ONE ADDITIONAL DAY, MONDAY DECEMBER 27th, TO REMOVE THE ITEMS. Yes, there happened to be 2 inches of snow overnight and 37 degree weather. This was actually pretty nice weather for the end of December. I would encourage you not to engage in auctions during the winter if you feel the auction terms are unreasonable. With regards to renting the unit rather than vacating the unit, unfortunately, you were tied in as one of 3 individuals (by name and caller ID) that misled us about the acquisition of this unit on the storage unit auction sale. You purchased the contents of another friend's/employees storage unit that had been delinquent multiple times over the past 12 months. During the auction process, you were able to pay less than what the unit rental owner had as a balance due in their accounts. During the process of releasing the storage unit to you, we connected the caller ID and phone numbers to the same delinquent unit number. Three different parties were reachable under the two phone numbers that were being utilized. While you legitimately secured the items via the auction, the auction called for the items to be removed by 5pm Sunday, December 26th. Due to the deceptiveness of your connection or relationship with the delinquent occupant, we had chosen to not allow you to initiate any future rental at our facility, and this included extending the stay following the standard auction pickup window. We are sorry to hear that you feel the way you do about this situation and we encourage you to be more transparent and honest in your auction purchases and rental activities in the future, where ever you choose to take your business.   One of the worst experiences of my entire life... You get one star, simply because ZERO isn't an option. What started as a positive experience with good customer service and satisfaction, became a nightmare from Hell. After telling an employee that I had found roaches in my unit, I was told that I had (perhaps) brought them into the facility. "Was I storing food in the unit?!?" Nope. Even sent the employee pictures, with no call back, or response. I repeat, NO RESPONSE. Ever... Did your establishment eventually listen? Yes, but too little, too late. Then again, I'm unsure if roach powder under the door to the unit qualifies as "response". I was forced to go through all my possessions with a fine tooth comb, bug killer in hand, to prevent bringing YOUR infestation issue into my new apartment.
