I had a time frame of 8am-12 I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior of arriving and If that they didn’t arrived by 12 to give them another hour for a no show, mmm that’s already bad (from the beginning you could have said from 8am -1pm time frame instead) it was 2 pm and no one called. So I called and customer service was rude like it was my fault, I cancel the service.

Worst company EVER!!! They will break your furniture and take no responsibility! The lady is the rudest person ever and should not be in customer service. STAY FAR AWAY! WORST COMPANY EVER
