Never use them. Not worth the money. Very poor customer service. 7 days I slept on floor. Claim their truck broke down. 73 year old woman and and how they lied. Furniture not asssemled correctly. Still have shelves in closet. Customer service awful. Had insurance paid for and they claimed if they came and checked things out I would have to pay more. Lots of things and broken things.Never use them.

ok here’s the truth, just get your free home estimate from North American Van lines and the Beltman group, get a good rep like Alan Watson , who knows the business back and forth and has years of experience. Bite the bullet and pay the fair price they offer and let yourself be done. Don’t go out shopping around or trying to get better deals, don’t spend hours reading horrific reviews that just terrify you don’t put your information into a free quote website or else you will be bombarded by salesman who promise the moon and bad talk all their competition. If you have a big job like I did 30,009 pounds of property and you’re moving across the country and you want your property properly packed and arriving undamaged stay with North American and save yourself the headache. Sure I had a great crew that all of them spoke Spanish which you just have to get over, there’s always a lead that speaks English perfectly well that can let you know what’s going on, and they are fast careful and thorough. The driver arrived exactly on schedule and delivered everything one day after I drove in my car. I moved from California to Texas like so many others and I cant find any faults with this company, I fed them all pizza for lunch and bought them sodas at each packing day on and off the truck and they really appreciated it. They hustled and double checked everything was where I wanted it and made sure nothing got lost. Sure there was a little fragile table that got a broken leg but in the scope of how much I moved that’s not unheard of and I’m not going to complain If you really want a nice smooth inexpensive move, just have a big moving everything must go sale keep your valued family heirlooms and sell it all, take the money and buy all new stuff at your new home and you will be fine get a little trailer and load up what you can’t live without and drive across the country nice and slow stopping once a day and sleep in a hotel drive for 6 or 7 hours and take it easy. If you can’t part with your things then get a good rep like Alan Watson who will give you an accurate and honest bid and then just relax until you are ready to move and let his team of experts do the packing and moving for you. I assure you they are the best. And if you choose someone else make sure you pick one of the major national movers and don’t trust anyone that promises to beat everyone else’s bid. I moved right in the middle of the Pandemic lockdown and was nervous enough I made the mistake of shopping around because the internet told me to, don’t believe half of what you read and dont believe anything you hear you will be saved from a world of headaches if you just let a pro do the job for you. I highly recommend and endorse this company and I was not forced to write this review it’s my honest opinion based on my experience.

I'm sorry but I was not impressed. I filled out the web page form to request contact didn't hear anything for a week so then I called and they just referred me to Allied as their "sister company" who referred me to a local mover that is affiliated with Allied... I wanted a big truck with North American Van Lines shirted employees and instead I got punted 😞
