Worst moving experience I've ever had! Screwed up scheduled time, rude and blatantly unprofessional during the move, and manager on duty was repeatedly rude and unhelpful with anything. Both my partner and I went over moving inventory *in detail* on the phone on two different occasions w/ lead mover, who originally stated it should be a "small move," despite my reiterating that it was still a lot of stuff even though we met their "small move" reqs. Upon arrival, he told his mgr that it was a med/large move instead. They recklessly handled my things (boxes tossed, sideways, and upside-down), throwing delicate/breakable items (including garment bags w/ expensive jackets and laptops that I'd said would be loaded to my truck) into the bottom of big boxes with big heavy items crammed down on top of them (so hard they even broke super-dense luggage wheels). They threw heavier boxes around instead of using a hand truck (dolly), ruining books and other property, smashed part of an expensive hutch, tore/broke parts of my desk, and more. That's to say nothing on the behavior of the lead mover who was cussing up a storm and throwing a scene in front of my neighbors (regarding larger boxes he didn't want to take up using a hand truck). It would've been cheaper to rent my own truck and hire a couple guys hourly through a friend. What should've been a couple hours tops on each end of loading and unloading, turned into an ordeal of over 8 hours, one guy doing most of the unloading, and entirely too expensive. They wouldn't even reimburse me for screwing up the entire schedule and damaging a number of my belongings. Do NOT recommend. Oh and the company selected the FARTHEST possible location to serve me, even though there were multiple closer locations so they could milk the drive time, too! Definitely not worth the trouble.

Long distance move arranged. They never showed up and never let us talk to dispatch. Excuse after excuse. Receptionist even told us that Anthony wasn't there but then when we called his extension he answered. Called another company and they said they could come tomorrow morning to move us. Obviously starving students didn't need our 4000.00

This was the worst experience I have had with a company in a long time. The individuals seemed like they had never moved furniture before, they were lazy while I had to manage them to ensure they didn't take too much time as I was paying hourly. There were times where two people were carrying one box and they took a significant amount of breaks that I had to pay for. Never would I use this company again or recommend these people.
