  We used this place to drop off bikes and our bike carrier before crossing over to Mexico in our RV. I had reserved a unit before we got there. When we arrived there was no one there, so we used the self serve check-in kiosk. It would not work, couldn't enter our credit card info, after several attempts we gave up and called them. A very nice person (Stephanie??) virtually walked us through the check in, we electronically signed the agreement, she stayed o the phone with us the entire time. We got to our indoor unit and there was no lock, even though there was supposed to be one. She had us look into other empty units to see if there was a lock anywhere. Finally we just used our own. HINT: The doors take a regular lock, buy one at any hardware store before you get here, much cheaper option!! We were refunded the lock charge. The indoor unit is down a long hallway, poorly lit. "Stephanie" stuck with us throughout the entire process, remaining friendly and helpful. When we checked out we called them to let them know. We were billed again the next month. I called and got a refund. Not super-organized. Parking lot in back is full of abandoned-looking vehicles and campers. Didn't get the best feeling about this place but they seem legit.

  good example of businesses that want to be self operational without employees. The worst trick this company does is get your credit card and force you to agree to have them charge your account automatically. However when it comes time to leave they make it impossible to contact them. No anwers to my phone messages, no responses to my many emails. only chance you have is to call and hope that they return your call to cancel. I considered canceling my credit card to avoid being charged another month. I was lucky after a week of trying to get a call back. will not yse again unless I receive a sure way to contact them to cancell contract.
