After being lied to from another storage company this company was there for me. Not only were they very understanding and compassionate, they gave me a free month bc of the trouble I went through. I enjoyed talking to the gentleman, Joshua, behind the counter. The comfort level was perfect, I felt as if I knew him for years. I just got my 10x10 and the price was a little high with my situation but you get what you pay for. They are super clean, kind, and the security there is fantastic. I will update after a few months on how this business is. I have a feeling I will still be very satisfied.

Very good people, good and neat safe storage. You can get one month free rent and it was a relief for me to find when I needed storage space for an emergency. Will help you out and easy to communicate with. I was late moving out and they gave me a grace period to move out and I appreciate their professionalism and humane kindness.

Very easy experience, both on the phone and in person. We recently moved to the area and needed a storage space temporarily, the Man-O-War location manager Joshua was very helpful and friendly, and was able to perfectly accommodate our needs. No hassle, everything was straightforward, would definitely recommend this company and specific location (both the 2750 Palumbo and the facilities across the street - 3024 Blake James Way, with a very accessible loading dock) to anyone in need of temporary storage.
