  If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. First thing I have to say is DO NOT pay extra for their insurance!!!!!! because it doesn’t protect you or your property!!! Read the fine print!!! The very limited stuff that is covered in your policy management still tried to discourage me from filing a claim. And they refuse to give any information regarding the insurance company to contact them directly. I have been dealing with them for almost a year now to try and get reimbursed for my dead mother’s damaged items due to their leaky roof. The hole and repair can clearly be seen on Photos yet they did not even notify me that a repair had been done on my unit and that there may be damaged items. it wasn’t until I moved out that I found the damage. I Have had to deal with management at the property and at the call center no one calls you back everyone just plays you off like you’re a joke. Not to mention they raised the rates twice while I was there for less than a year. I’m still trying to get in contact with someone that can help reimburse me for my damaged items which were insured. Talk about feeling scammed during a time of mourning. Save your money and go elsewhere! Rent to own is cheaper!!!!

  Horribly managed. Raise your rates every couple months, but offer 'new customers' half the rate of people who have been using them for years. Every time I call them there is a new manager, so no one is really able to help since they are always new. Save your money and a lot of headache by going somewhere else.

  This Storage place constantly raises prices with little warning if any. I have had it for two years now and want out!!!! There is no grace period for payment and fee is $31.00 if late by even a day. They get you in with a low price AND then raise prices until you just want out. Then make you purchase insurance on top, with late fees you all the sudden cant afford to use this service. Due to Greed they raise the late fee by half original fee. In this time there is no reason for these increases and inflation shouldn't affect a storage system where literally nothing has changed!!! Just the prices! Be careful not to get sucked in!

  Hello Stephanie, we regret to hear that your experience was anything less than exceptional. We first want to apologize for not explaining insurance needs clearly. You do not need to use our insurance if you have homeowner's insurance that provides storage coverage. In addition, rent is due on the 1st of the month. SROA offers a grace period of 5 days so any late fee is not charged until the 6th. Give us a call at (234) 218-4100 to better discuss your concerns with any rent increases.
