  Stopped by this storage place earlier this week to look at space. The manager was really helpful in giving me and my wife assistance in the size we need. We are looking to relocate in march and are needing temp storage for 3 mo. Will look at this place closer to the date. The location is good .

  Received excellent service from Doug at this location. I had sold my home in Florida and had not yet located a . place to rent or stay in TN due to alot of unavailability. Had spoken with Doug on a previous visit and explained our situation and concern as to where we would be able to store our household effects in TN until we located a place. Doug had told us on that visit that there were no units available at that time, but he would keep us posted if any became open. He called us in Florida a week before our closing, telling us a unit had become available. He took our info over the phone and gave us instructions as to what we needed to do upon arrival. He also told us about a special that was going on enabling me to get the first month free. " You can't beat that for customer service" as he could have easily rented the unit with less trouble on his part to someone else but he went the extra mile above and beyond. Thank you Doug and Storage Rentals of America "you rock"

  I wish I could give a negative stars. We started talking stuff out because we are moving into our house and half my boxes were wet. And mold is growing on stuff. This is only a few photos versus the videos and 30+ photos we have. And still haven't even gotten half of our stuff out.
