I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how friendly and helpful with both people I dealt with and talked to. When I got to the site of the storage area, the code for the gate the first gentleman gave me didn't work. So I went inside and got the right code from the lady fixed a paperwork error and gave a copy of my ID, then I was all set. Like I said very friendly and helpful! Thank you

I've rented from Storage rentals of America on Sutherland for several years now. Although not the cheapest, they have been great to work with! At one point, one of the ladies in the office noticed that my crew (I run a lawn service out of the unit) had neglected to lock the storage unit and not told anyone why, leaving thousands of dollars worth of equipment unsecured. I was out of town when she called to let me know so she put a new lock on it. That is going above and beyond and is much appreciated!

I went in yesterday to upgrade to larger climate controlled storage area. Kristi was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right unit for my needs. I have been at this location for over 10 years: the storage site is safe, clean, and management has been very good. This is one few places that has climate controlled storage on outside with garage style entry (many size options). Thanks again for continued great service!
