  There has been a issue within our community where people are not receiving their packages. My package I was expecting today was marked “Delivered.” FedEx was just at my house yesterday to deliver a package but didn’t deliver my other package that I was waiting on today. I honestly feel bad for your customers that order items but don’t get them, then have to contact the sender only to be told the item(s) are out of stock. Oh well not FedEx’s problem right. Just as bad as USPS.

  Once again, FedEx is not delivering where they say they are. I received a notification that my package was delivered while I was sitting at home. I went outside and saw the FedEx driver come from down the street, passed by my house, and NO package was delivered, at least at my address it wasn't. I'm not sure what FedEx tells their drivers. "If you pass the address, just goto the next address and drop off there and hope the receivers figure it out on their own? "Unacceptable!!!! I still don't have my package that said it was delivered last week!!! Feb 18th, while I was in Iraq, I ordered a $1400 lift kit for my truck. I received a notification while overseas, that my package was delivered at my front door. My wife went outside and nothing was at my front door. Instead, it was left in a secondary driveway that goes to a barn. Does this picture show ANY door near where FedEx driver said he delivered? Anyone could have taken that $1400 package!!! Last Christmas, I ordered a $1000 drone and the FedEx driver delivered to a fire pit by my side yard out in the weather. Not at the front door like the driver said it was left. This kind of services is BS. If I have to make every FedEx delivery come to my door for a signature so that I receive my packages, then I will. UPS, USPS, and DHL NEVER have a problem finding my front door. I just had a package delivered by UPS. I asked the driver if he had problems finding my house. He said my house was very easy to find. The GPS takes you right to my home. FedEx drivers are just plain LAZY!!!!!

  They had a package and I believe a new driver that could not find my apt building...I made call and the next morning I had my package....I was taught if you are not making mistakes you ain't working...no one is perfect...so that being said they rectified the situation and we are 😁 happy...
