The staff was very helpful and respectable and I would refer this storage experience to anyone. However I paid 130.00 for a storage unit that I only used for one day...and they did not even offer me any type of refund or reimbursement...I thought that was troubling to my mind .and pocketbook ..

I was THRILLED to see Sierra back working at Storage rentals! My son rents currently and I stopped in the other day to see about renting my husband and i are downsizing on our home. Sierra and Cathy helped our son out during an unfortunate break in last year! But that did not stop us from coming back! Every time we stop in Sierra always has such a big smile and is always eager to help! She’s so personable and very knowledgeable. I look forward to renting!

It's a case of...if I could give it zero stars I would. The manager at the Ravenna facility is very nice and helpful. I was pleased to rent the storage unit and had no complaints. What I didn't know in October, 2020 was that this corporation cares little about their customers and, in the good old corporate way, wants to make money. And wow. Make money, they do. Since I started using this unit in October, my rate has increased from $57 to $71 and now again to $88. IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN ONE YEAR YET. This can't even be justified. Steer clear of this corporation if you can. I'm out of there as soon as I find a large tarp! I feel sorry for anyone who falls into this trap. I had no idea price increases like this were even allowed.
