  As far as the service goes from the young lady at the front desk fantastic very knowledgeable explain to everything very personable upon inspection of this brand new storage facility am I 10 by 20 locker I noticed that the walls on both side do not go up to the roof there is a 6 in gap on one end and about a 4 inch gap on the other end on both sides they should go all the way up to the ceiling for fire rating because the ceiling is fire rated if you have a fire and one unit with the metal panels going all the way up the fire cannot get over to the other unit or will have a harder time but with this massive Gap if something happens in one unit it will certainly affect all the units I pointed this out to the young lady and she said she would send it up to the people in charge I guess we will see what happens this is not the first storage place I have rented and somebody with a pair of tin snips would have access to everyone of those in the whole row. I can honestly say I was not impressed seeing this but the young lady that was taken care of me I could tell that she was not impressed either and was taken aback by what she saw and like I said earlier was very personable and understanding and explained everything so that's why I took it. Just to update I did get a call from somebody in charge and they proceeded to tell me that the two inches was necessary for air movement which proceeded to tell him is ridiculous because they are supposed to be separated if you have a space between each one of them then if one catches on fire it just goes to the rest of them they're supposed to be sealed off individually and the ones right down the hill I have rented previously and they are sealed off so I don't know what's going on with the new ones being built they're not being built to where you don't have to worry about your stuff being taken or burnt or anything else so I did get a video to show where the sheet metal is at least 6 to 8 in blow where it should be and I'm getting ready to send that in but like I said once again

The small gap is between the walls and ceiling is for additional air circulation, which prevents the build-up of mold in storage units. Our storage facility is constructed in accordance with local building code, including fire walls which would isolate a potential fire to a certain area.   I had a good experience during my renting of o storage recently. Great three month half rate deal. Just wish I didn’t lose two weeks of the special because of the date I signed the special.

  Don’t rent from there! I haven’t seen the Ms. Tameka Cole and go pay my bill today and they said she’s gone! She was so nice!
