Very disappointed in the management and staff here. We traveled from South Dakota and need to get a unite for a week got set up everything in. Came back from our home in Louisiana and they wouldn’t let us get our stuff out. Called the after hours line and they couldn’t even find us in the computer. After being in town for 3 days in our apartment with none of our stuff we was finally able to get our stuff. If you can’t get your stuff out when you want then DO NOT Advertise you can !!!!!!!!!!

Hi Megan, we apologize that the gate access may have caused an inconvenience for you. For our customers, normal gate access is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. However, upon request, we do provide 24-hour access. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Storage Mart made renting a unit easy. Dennis was helpful and kind. I was able to pay in advance and auto pay is an available option. This is a great location for us and will be perfect with the size we rented and the price is great. Thank you Dennis for all of your help and Thank you Storage Mart for being here for us.
