Poor customer service but very busy location. I reserved a U-Haul trailer, went to pick it up on time, and the office was 'closed' but really was supposed to be open, and no employee showed up. I had to rent elsewhere, luckily finding an available trailer. I did get a call 2.5 hrs after the reservation, and nothing was even offered as compensation for bad service. Reservation equipment is "guaranteed" which means nothing.

This place is awesome. Conveniently located and the owner was super nice to me. 10/10 would recommend! Great place to rent u-haul stuff. Also if you leave a voicemail they 100% respond!!!

These are far and away the most incompetent people running a business I have ever met. Between them ignoring us to help other people in the middle of our transaction and trying to train a new person, it took 45 minutes. Best part is, we didn't even end up getting a truck because their system crashed. If you feel like having your moving plans get pushed at least an hour and may not even leave with a truck then this is the spot for you.
