I drove 40 minutes to drop a package at this "Official UPS Store" to avoid the drop off points or 3rd party stores, so my package is scanned at official network. I dropped the package there and glad that I asked for a receipt since even next day the tracking still saying that UPS did not received the package. Staff were super nice, but still, is not how things works. If I drop a package and it gets scanned should be on system at least couple hours latter. Not when the package is picked up by the truck (as customer service said). what happens if the package is lost, misplaced or stolen now? On paper, UPS never received the package.... So, if you are reading this, ASK FOR RECEIPT.

Went in today to ship a package internationally. The team was extremely helpful and friendly! I had an issue with my package and without their expertise I would have not been able to ship my package. Will go back for all of our shipping needs. Highly recommend.

Do not use this store! I paid several hundred dollars for them to ship some packages. The packages never made it to the recipient, and they refused to take responsibility! When I called the UPS corporate office, they even told me to contact the origin store because they were clearly at fault in the situation. So, I had several phone calls with this store, and they refused to offer a refund for a service they didn't deliver. The last time I contacted them, they even promised to get back to me on the matter and never did. I don't like writing negative reviews and I don't do it often, but this store has to be one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever worked with. Use another store. Use another company. This is not a store you ever want to do business with! Update: What their response below doesn't tell you is that their store associate told me in no uncertain terms that I would have no issues shipping to the location I asked for. The dishonesty of this store amazes me! As I have been shipping packages over the last few months, I have found that there are many other companies that do not do business in this unethical way!
