I'll be using the adjective "great" several times in this review. The personnel and facilities are great. Everything is clean and very well maintained. I have used this site once before and had absolutely no complaints. We live in Reno's Double Diamond area and the convenient location is...well...great. The 4-wheeled carts they provide to transfer boxes from the outer doors to the inside spaces are extremely convenient as well.

Excellent customer care. I was able to get the unit in one day. Not crazy about the admin fee, but understand. Waived the insurance by providing a copy of my homeowners. They should have both those requirements posted so you are not surprised. Probably are in the fine print somewhere. Allowed me to upgrade to a larger unit easily and quickly as I needed.
