  Do not hire this company unless you want your items trashed and scammed out of 1000’s of dollars! This is the most I unreputable business I have ever dealt with! My older parents hired them to move their home from Las Vegas to Oregon they quoted $3500 for two bedrooms and 100 boxes. When they showed up to move them they re-wrapped all the furniture and the new total was $12,000 after everything was loaded in the truck! My parents were distraught over the change in price but had no choice since they had sold their home and had to move. Once they delivered their stuff to Oregon it showed up in two separate vans mixed with others people stuff and they would not unload without being paid in CASH! Majority of their stuff was damaged and broken. Run away and don’t trust your stuff to them!

  I am sorry, but this review is a complete false. This move was booked through a broker and you where given an OVER THE PHONE estimate of 920c/f. When the movers showed up it was quickly disclosed to the customer that your move was much larger than the PHONE ESTIMATE indicated. Total volume of shipment was much larger, and that's why it was shipped in 2 separate trucks. Packing was not included in the move and so the movers packed: 4 Dish Boxes, 10 Wardrobes, 6 Picture Boxes, 2 TV Boxes, shrink wrapping furniture - non of it was included in your PHONE estimate. Your original estimate included only 89 Medium boxes and 38 furniture items: total of 127 items. The actual count had a Total of 227 items, in which most of the items where furniture and many Large boxes. The move was on MAY 31st, 2021. You set in our storage for 6 MONTHS. If the price was an issue at any point, I am just wondering, why wasn't it brought up to anyone?? We spoke over the phone on several occasions, including when you called to extended your storage stay. No issue on the price was even mentioned once. Please remember that on the pick up day, you included 4 months of storage payment, up until Nov. 1st, 2021. That also contributed to your increase balance. You told us that you will be available to receive your shipment beginning on Nov 22nd. We delivered your shipment on Nov 22nd!!! You still owed us for November storage payment...and we spoke about this that and agreed to add it to your balance! Suddenly, When the delivery truck arrives, then your bring up the price increase. At the delivery, we discount the November storage payment!!! Your shipment ended up to be very and so the move cost was increased by only $1,838 (not including the packing). Not sure where are you getting the $12,000 figure from, because you definitely did not pay us that amount. Your payment to Streamline Moving was about a half of that amount!!! It is all on paper, so it could be proven. Please, there is no reason to spread un accurate information.

  I booked a full service move from UT to WA through a broker who paired me with Streamline. I did my due diligence, read reviews to understand where people typically get tripped up in the process, estimated my inventory size (BIGGEST factor in the ultimate price), read the fine print, and booked 3 months in advance. I’m glad I prepared for the move because there were so many details to coordinate and it was a relief to have this piece & the price set well in advance with no major unexpected changes. My move ultimately went very smoothly. Because I worked with a broker they paired me with Streamline based on my route and the size of my move. It was expensive and we paid extra to expedite it, but so worthwhile to have everything moved and set up in a matter of days. My moving team was led by Oscar and he was so easy to work with - we texted in advance, he was straightforward with all the paperwork, and was careful as he led his crew. We had a slight language barrier (we each knew some English and some Spanish) which we easily overcame with a translator app. The guys were professional and fast, wrapped everything thoroughly and handled my things with care. Hugo kept us entertained with songs and dance moves 😂 I’m so relieved to be settled in and would highly recommend Oscar and his team. Thank you guys!

  Arron has been helpful storing my items long-term since I moved from NM in 2021 to CA. I know it will be smooth when I get to a place to move my items to CA. Arron had been fair and honest to deal with.
