  The movers are very friendly, respectful, and for the most part professional. The issue I have is that I was quoted a time of 9-10 am so I was up early ready and waiting. They didn’t arrive till 3:30 bc of them being backed up and overbooked (from what I was told). I have a 7 hour drive to complete and should of been able to leave by 5 had they been on time. So once everything got loaded took about 3.5 hours I was hoping to be able to leave while they were unpacking it all in our storage unit. I was told it was fine if I left but they would charge me till midnight. That would mean it would take longer to unload into storage then to unpack into storage unit. I don’t think so! So now I’m sitting waiting to make sure I’m only paying for the correct amount of time and will be driving super late due to the company’s lack of professionalism with booking appointments and times. Will be needing a moving company in four months when we move back, but most likely it won’t be this one.
