The driver showed up on time both days and got started quickly. He was very professional. His team worked independently to pack my belongings as quickly and efficiently as possible. After looking at all the boxes and stuff in that truck, I am so glad I didn't try to do this myself. I can't comment on the delivery yet, but I would expect the same kind of customer service.

This is the WORST moving company I have come across. My husband and I used this company after we recently got married to move our stuff from Texas and Louisiana to Ohio. Their salesman Ben, promised us that there would be containers at our move to know how many we would need and we needed to remove items in order to save several hundred dollars for an additional container. Instead of the company did not provide containers at either my husband or my move and charged us over $1000 more in moving costs after we already had a $7-8K bill with them. They promised us that the movers would be able to tell how many containers we would need if they were not present however this was once again another lie. Ben also promised us they do not upcharge like other moving companies but instead we were left with an additional $1,000 bill. Then, they couldn't deliver the products the date we asked us for so they are going to charge us another 30 day storage fine in amount of $300. Their manager Amy failed to provide customer service resolution on this and instead bribed us if we were to tell everyone that they were great than she would discount us with $300 off the already $1000 she is already overcharging us. I feel like our honest opinion (and not one written for us by the company's manager) is an expression of our freedom of speech and I'm appalled at their behavior. Their manager Amy is refusing to release our personal items until we give her extra $1k above the contracted price. What a nightmare :( We are devastated and she is doing nothing but sending us emails laughing in our faces; this is not a company I would want anybody to have to encounter in their lives. Please also keep in mind that we did not hire this company. We hired United Van Lines which instead gave us Dependable Relocation and now Dependable Relocation through their manager Amy is holding ransom our personal items so that they can make extra money off us. Additionally, we made the mistake of hiring this company to move both of our houses and in these two separate transactions, they lied to us and did the same thing; this is clearly a pattern of theirs to rob people.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take customer feedback very seriously. Upon review of the two orders in question, following are the agreed upon terms and conditions: Shipment One: Estimated at three containers, only two containers were used; customer’s charges were reduced as per their agreement to reflect actual containers used, resulting in a refund that has already been processed. In addition, on Shipment One, customer did not take delivery on the date agreed to per their contract, so storage charges were incurred. Customer will be billed for storage accordingly, as agreed to in their contract. We do not hold goods hostage and exert great efforts to assist customers across the U.S. that find themselves in a hostage situation with rogue movers. Delivery is currently set for 7/29/2019. Even though storage charges are due, we agreed to release the refund and bill for storage. Shipment Two: Estimated at two containers, two containers were used; charged for two containers, resulting in a quote that is exactly in line with agreed on estimate. Customer has not paid for the shipment of these items and did not take delivery on the date agreed to per their contract, so storage charges were incurred. Customer will be billed for storage accordingly, as agreed to in their contract. Similar to above, goods are not being held hostage. In fact, goods have already been transported to a destination warehouse without being paid for by customer and are awaiting payment of charges by customer prior to delivery. We hope this helps clarify the terms and conditions of these two moves. We are trying to address each issue and concern fairly and consistently. We strongly encourage customers that find themselves in true hostage situations to reach out to www.moverescue.com or via phone at 800-832-1773 for assistance.

Superb moving company - best we have ever used and that says a lot considering we are retired military we and have moved 12 times over the course of lives. Exceeded all expectations, handled our belongings with great care and I am happy to report no damage to any of our possessions. Absolutely would recommend without reservation.
