Our Home Consultant, Derrick, ended our search for the perfect home at the perfect price. Seriously. I'm happy our search is over. It's exhausting. Lol He's open and upfront about expectations and possible disappointments. We viewed The Number One by Savannah and knew it was the one. Derrick is the guy that's going to put us in our next home. 👍

The materials they use on their mobile homes are tacky and cheap. My trim is coming off the walls. The paneling under my bar isn't even flushed with the bottom part of the bar. My bathroom shower door does not close. The guy put a screw at the bottom of the door to try and hold it up. Didn't work. Me and my husband have done construction. Siding. Roofing. Metal work. The job Sue white job is done very cheaply. The homes are put together poorly. Took them days to even get the job done. We had to do some wiring and all the plumbing.
