  I had an overall good experience with Superior Moving, however based off off of reviews and my own experience, I do really think your moving experience is gonna depend on what guys of the crew come for your move. I had three guys to move my bedroom furniture out of my parents house and into my new apartment. Two of the guys were great (I'm sorry for not getting their names), but if I'm being completely honest the other one was kind of useless. Truthfully, with the rate that he was moving, the two other guys probably could've done the move on their own. I could've easily let that go as having an off day or maybe even being new, but he also was pretty unprofessional throughout experience as well and it was just a bit uncomfortable. He came in smelling super heavily of smoke; my boyfriend is a smoker, so this doesn't usually bother me, but it was so heavy that the room smelled like smoke even after he left. He had music blaring from headphones, was constantly cursing (which you have to be doing a lot of to bother me or my family considering that we curse like sailors), and overall just didn't really seem to care about what he was doing - which for obvious reasons made me concerned and uneasy since he was moving my belongings. But I give absolute props to other two men who moved my things with care and were overall very pleasant and hardworking. You could tell that they seemed to be aware of their coworker, but there isn't anything they could have really done about it. That being said, they were efficient, made sure everything was placed where I wanted it, and managed to get everything into my new apartment; I was impressed considering I was not moving to easiest of locations (to get to or to move things into). The most impressive part of my move was them getting everything delivered to my destination honestly. And truly you cannot beat their prices. I had no issues with furniture damage or billing, all of that went nice and smooth. Overall, I would consider using Superior for another move, but I would have to give some thought on taking a gamble with which members of their staff I may get.

  Great Experience! This was my first time needing movers. I called 5 different companies and Superior was the most organized and professional of them all. Joe and his crew were awesome. My move was somewhat difficult due to the narrow staircase but they made it look so easy even with all the large furniture I had. They even came with supplies to help protect furniture I did not think ahead on. I would recommend this crew to anyone!

  I just recently had a move with Superior and have to say the men hired were fantastic! They were professional and worked as team to get my furniture into the storage unit I rented. They answered all questions and concerns. And made the move meticulous. I want to formally thank those 3 men. Louis, Carl and Shaun. I’m moving again to my final home when ready and will definitely do business again. Hopefully I get all 3. Thank you. Marina D .
