  After several delays and mishaps with a separate delivery arrangement service, Swanson’s took responsibility and took time to explain what happened. Doreen was impressively responsive during the height of a busy holiday season. The delivery drivers were friendly and extremely helpful. So happy we finally received our furniture.

  I can not say enough good things about this company! I moved from Tucson to Orlando. Moving is so stressful. Dave always returned my calls. And showed up when he said he would. Very caring & professional. Thank you Dave for making my move so smooth.

  Failed to deliver chain saw, chop saw, one of eight matching chairs, dolly and plus several other items. Tool cabinet, power switch to shaper table, fireplace screen, rattan bench and study table were damaged. Initial response was no responsibility given signed off at completion of delivery which was 114 degrees and consisted of 3 trailers for the entire day. Finally agreed to $450 for the chain saw, chop saw and crushed eight chair due to a warehouse accident. Study table was to be repaired. After 4 months, Swanson's failed to respond to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and no response to my contacts, an attorney has been retained which may proceed to court. In spite that the study table was never delivered and remains unrepaired in their warehouse following providing two Tucson furniture repair contacts with pictures taken a month ago.
