  First off I'm a former employee of TDS. I worked for TDS for over a year only to set for 2 months and be fired with no explanation at all. I worked for this company and bent over backwards only to be told when my house burned that if I went home after 2 weeks that I had already been on the road to take care of my wife that had smoke inhalation and or 2 week old daughter that I would be fired. After I just had lost everything I owned. I stayed against my better judgment at the time but me and mine needed the money more than anything. I've personally seen there drivers steal products from trailers they have shipped. I've seen there drivers leave blown out tires from mobile homes on the side of exit ramps. I've witnessed there drivers speed and commit multiple log book infractions all while being instructed to do so by Tommy or Jason because as in there words it's a "Hot Load" and it had to be there so make it work. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. They treat drivers and are morally sub par at best. I'm still waiting on a response to why I was fired.

  15 years on the road and perhaps the most unsafe driving i have ever seen. I witnessed 2 TFS Transport driver's race one another South Bound on I81 through Scranton, PA to Wilkes-Barre, PA while bobtailing. Their speeds had to have been in excess of 80 mph in a 55. Both trucks were weaving through traffic and tailgating cars as close as 3 feet behind at appropriatly 60 to 65 mph. Tractor number 3033 was the worst. The license plate was too damaged to read.

  I am going to strongly encourage you to train your drivers when they are traveling. In Missouri, we have what's called a Zipper Merge. You may have heard of it. In case you haven't, it's where two flowing lanes of traffic flow all the way to the merge point and then come together in a single lane similar to a zipper. It's done this way to eliminate backups and if used properly, it works wonderfully. It's a law in my state. It's also on bright orange signage in our construction zones. It says use both lanes to merge point. On Saturday, August 4th,2018, 3 of your drivers intentionally created a major traffic hazard on I49 South in the Peculiar MO construction zone. A bright pink and black Kenworth license #P992880 and a white Peterbilt, #L99, VIN TN361756, created a rolling road block on I49 South in this construction zone. This created a major traffic back up. In case you are unaware, this is illegal in my state. It also creates road rage situations, dangerous driving situations and more. To add a special flair and in what I'm sure is every effort to represent your company in its best light, they included vulgar gestures and faces at us when we did finally pass them. It took some doing in our pickup, as they were speeding well past the zone limit at the end of it. I have wonderfully clear pictures of all if you want them. There was a third truck involved in this incident, a bright red Freightliner, license #P934135, who unprovoked provided us with a very clear look at his well extended middle finger. This truck was the lead vehicle in the line of 3. Hopefully, this is not how you intentionally choose to represent your company while traveling out of state. I attempted to contact your company via phone but no one answered. I hope this reaches you. I also hope you teach your drivers how to safely navigate other states construction zones. While at it, they should take reading courses. Maybe if they had been watching the road instead attempting to dangerously control it, they would have the bright orange signage.
