  I set up a reservation online to move in a unit at Tellus, from another storage company that I could never get into when I needed, I didn't make the date I specified on the reservation, so I was very pleased when the manager Ms. Key called me this morning to remind me. I just left the office completing my paperwork, and I think I am going to be happy with our decision to move our storage to here. Ms. Key was very informative about the insurance, and due dates. Was a big change from what we have been dealing with elsewhere. Thank you Ms.Key!!

  My unit was broken into and I believe the worker has something to do with due to she know I was a business owner. Days before my unit was broken into she contacted me on Facebook asking me what all I had in “Stock”?! But she did not make a purchase. The last day I checked my storage before it was broken into I did notice the gates was open and I was wondering why but I figured maybe they left it open temporarily so I did have to back out like I always do. When i left that day I also seen her leaving to in a all black Honda. But i was like im sure they will lock it back. But I was wrong I came to my storage because I had a order just realize my door open and half of my merchandise and sewing machine was gone along with shoes and clothes that was mine. I get to door and she’s already there acting like she don’t know wats goin on but she did. I asked for her manager and also for her to view the cameras and also call the police. She was rude and told me I had to myself she did not try to help me at all. And I told her ima customer u should be at least trying to help me. The door was slammed in my face. Once the police came she came out talking trash calling me gay and confused trying to provoke me. I have this on video. She went on to say her and friend was in there chilling and she wasn’t on the clock just at work chilling I guess… and I could tell she was also high. She need to be fired and I’m goin out my way to make sure of it. I have already contacted a lawyer if this situation is not fixed. I will also be making sure the corporate know about this situation as well.

  Great customer service....Ms. Key showed us a unit before we rented to make sure we got the best unit fit for our needs. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions and concerns we had before storing our items. Also comes with free truck another plus
