Two stars because yes, they unloaded us very quickly and timely, were friendly, etc. But I originally asked for three men when scheduling and only two showed up. This was frustrating. They also had black grease on their hands when they arrived so my linen headboard, white cloth storage bins and anything else light colored had black hand prints, smudges, grit everywhere. I still am finding stuff to this day that is covered in black grease. Even some of my babies toys have it. Spent more time cleaning up after them then unpacking. I would ask this company for sure to wash their hands prior to touching your stuff. If only we could get a refund!
