  I would give them 100 stars. Troy, Henry and Zach moved me last week in the freezing cold and unloaded the last bit of the truck while being snowed on. They were on time, they were so careful with all of my stuff (I even have an antique china cabinet that was my great grandma's and they wrapped it and handled it perfectly). They had great attitudes and helped me move some things around at my new place going above and beyond expectations. I can not speak highly enough of them. I was so grateful for the care they took even in the conditions they were faced with. Two of my co-workers had used them previously and highly referred them as well. I've had really bad moving experiences in the past and it is a big deal to find movers whom you can trust and feel good about the cost and the work they do. I would trust them to move my Grandma. I want to give them such a good review because - it was freezing and snowing, and they were great! They earned this review. Thank you again!

  The move itself went fine, but we discovered a stool was broken. It really wasn't a big deal, but I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now. They have blocked my calls and will not respond to any of my messages. The customer service has been awful. Thankfully, it was just a stool, but if it had been a bigger ticket item it would have been so much worse. I would not recommend them.

  I am not one to typically write a negative review, but I have never received such poor service from a company. We hired Texas State Movers to move our belongings out of our home into a temporary storage facility for 2 months while our new home was being finished. We hired another moving company to move us out of the storage and into our new home and we were shocked at the state of our belongings as they were coming out of storage. Several pieces of furniture (chairs, side tables, coffee table, rugs) are all damaged beyond repair. Our mattress was also stored incorrectly and is now ruined. Our bed and kitchen table arrived without the hardware necessary to assemble it so those pieces are unusable until I get hardware from the manufacturers. As if the thousand of dollars in damage were not bad enough, we have called several times to discuss with the owner and have received no call back. This is the most illegitimate company I've ever dealt with and I would not recommend them to anyone.
